Victorian Home addition

This project involved an 800 sf addition to the rear of the house to accommodate a new entry and a new informal sitting area on the main level. The second floor design included a new Bedroom and bathroom.The exterior was completed with cedar siding and wood windows to match the original house.

The project underwent approvals from the Design Review Commission. The intent was to create a design that would blend seamlessly with the historic nature of the existing house. The project was recognized by the Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation in 2014.
